Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and digital purchases are handled for orders placed through Learning How To Breathe Again.
Returns & Refunds
We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or you need help with a return, please contact us at refund@learninghowtobreatheagain.com.
Eligible Returns
Physical books and merchandise may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and may provide a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Signed editions, personalized products, digital products, downloadable content, and certain limited-release items may not be eligible for return once fulfilled, delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, eBook purchases and downloadable content are generally non-refundable once access has been provided or the files have been delivered.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an incorrect shipment, damaged product, or fulfillment error. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Return Address
Returns must be authorized before being mailed. To request a return, please contact us first at refund@learninghowtobreatheagain.com and include your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send returns without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. We are not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation. Once an order has shipped or a digital product has been delivered, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to complete the refund after it has been issued.
